The Coalition for a Drug-Free Greater Cincinnati has many programs and community initiatives to further its goal of creating purposely drug-free environments for all youth.

Coaches, Kids & Chemicals
- An annual one-day workshop for coaches, athletic directors, boosters and student athlete leaders on creating a culture of no use
Hope, Help & Healing
- A research based educational, public awareness program focused on intervention and treatment for users of alcohol and drugs
Parents Who Host, Lose The Most
- Media campaign informing parents of the consequences of providing alcohol to minors
Red Ribbon Week
- October 23-31, 2008. National awareness campaign
Strong Voices, Smart Choices
- An initiative to help parents know what to say and when to start talking. Home of the "Parents' Guide to Talking with Kids about Drugs"
Too Smart To Start
- Public education initiative that provides professionals and community volunteers with materials and strategies to help them conduct an underage alcohol use prevention initiative
