Welcome to the Coalition for a Drug-Free Greater Cincinnati's Community Festival Survey

Purpose:
Underage alcohol consumption is a problem in our community. There is a relationship between alcohol availability, its promotion, and consumption. The legal drinking age is 21. The Coalition for a Drug-Free Greater Cincinnati is conducting this survey to learn more about practices at community festivals that sell alcohol.

Instructions:
This survey will take about 10 minutes. There are 22 multiple choice questions. Your help is voluntary and very important. The information you provide will be kept strictly confidential and will be used to help reduce youth access to alcohol.
